2User Eligibility

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Koko5000 supports a wide range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and more), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods. All deposits are credited to your account automatically and immediately upon payment confirmation from the financial service provider.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Users who have not completed the KYC process may experience delays in withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete.

9Liability Limits

Koko5000 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
